As I am walking through the forest of gazing eyes, whispers that are under disguise as sweet birds singing. I look up to the sky so beautiful as a sunny blue day. It reminds me although there are many wicked people around me, maybe hidden in spaces I thought were safe, the sky will remain blue, so my heart should too. As I continue walking I’m faced with two paths, which one should I take? One so dark and gloomy, the other so bright and full of life. So of course, I take the one that looks most safe.
So, as I set pace through this road, getting closer into the center much further from the path I was originally set on. The roads start to become cracked full of bombshells waiting to blow my legs off, the animals sit waiting so patiently for me to fall and fail. Their jealously overwhelms their heart with unforgivable sin. It takes over their mind, body and soul no chance of redemption, only doomed to a heart full of hate. I then look to the sky where the stars shine forever bright, which reminds me that no matter how dark the path I shall set on, there is still light. Light to guide me to safety, light to outshine the negatively, light to remind me never to look down onto someone unless you’re giving them a helping hand up. We all have the capacity to hate, but never do so if you are not willing to carry that darkness to your grave.
